Hey there, I’m Chef Sekimpi Micheal, the head chef at Dash Culinary School. Cooking is my passion, and I’m excited to share my tips and insights with you.

With over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, I’ve worked in some of the finest restaurants and hotels around the world. I’ve developed a deep understanding of different cuisines and cooking techniques, and I can’t wait to share my expertise with you.
